Tommy Mike is a Senior M&A Advisor focused on the software and IT services sectors. During his 26+ year investment banking career, Tommy has worked on all phases of buyside and sellside M&A transactions with private equity backed platforms, owner-operator led businesses, VC startups and publicly traded companies. Tommy is also an investor in a SaaS business and was a Board member of a private aviation software company that had a successful exit. Tommy’s background includes co-founding TriSpan Partners, a strategic advisory firm that assists companies with developing growth strategies to capture significant value for shareholders. Prior to TriSpan, Tommy was a Senior Vice President in the Technology Banking Group at WR Hambrecht + Co where he assisted companies with financing and strategic initiatives, including private placements, initial public offerings (IPOs), and M&A transactions. Tommy holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Harvard University. He resides in San Francisco and is an avid runner, having completed the New York City marathon and two Ironman distance triathlons.
