We begin the process by examining our client directives, industry trends, research, and investment criteria (EBITDA, geography, industry, technology, etc.). We will then coordinate a buy-side search to find businesses that meet our client’s acquisition criteria. Once targets are identified, we’ll approach businesses that fit the desired profile.

We present a detailed company overview of the potential seller. Our team may have multiple discussions with a potential seller to be sure we are presenting an accurate view of the acquisition candidate

Lastly, we will obtain signed Confidentiality Agreements and make high-level introductions between the client and the seller.
